I remembered once a movie titled THE CROW played by Brandon Lee. There's a time when the villain was punished by The Crow and near death, the villain said 'how awful goodness is'. Ironically what he meant was not how awful being good, but how awful was greatness and life itself.
Men, since created to this world, has never stopped from praising 'life'. Some might even worship life as God. And when worshiping life as God , we tend to fear death. We tend to hate death. We tend to hate the obstacles in life. We tend to hate everything that stand against what might profit us in the future. We hated war, we hated everything in life that go against our peaceful moments in life. We, are then, being individualist.
I just said hello to an uncle working nearby my place this morning. i was quite shocked that he had chinese newspaper in his hands....

I smiled. Deep in my heart i felt sorry for him. I was stunned by his words. Mainly regrets. Sympathized to his harsh words that came out from an old man like him. These words represent individualism. These words of his, represents many others that share the same thoughts as his. These words, believe it or not, are some of the indicators that we, the ummah, will never gain victory again, if we stop to educate people from understanding the facts of ummatan wahidah.
Like i said previously. What came out from him, was the reflection of hatred. Not hatred of seeing innocent people oppressed and killed, but hatred that all of there incidents turns out to be a burden to him. As if "to hell with the world. i dont want to know bout this.i get paid, i get good job, good wife, lovely children and 'goodness'.To grow old in 'peace' and die without any disturbances.that should do. " To simplify, what is happening now around the world are just a burden in the mind.
These, my friends, are expressions of goodness that most people are searching for. They love life, more than anything else. Thus, they tend to forget that soon they will face death. When death's forgotten, soon they will forget from where they actually came from? The reason they are here and where they actually belong.
When things happening in Gaza, are we could possibly be ONLY the readers of the newspapers? Are we could possibly be the people that ONLY curse Israel for what they have done to us? Finding the incorrect solutions such as boycotting products that helps nothing to shatter Israel and US?Or we're ONLY the people that can cry and cry and cry after seeing the videos shown in the tv, how children are killed, bodies scattered and women crying. Spectators are we? Are we?
OR, clean up the dust over your body. get up. stand up. do something. Is there any iman left in you my brothers and sisters? Is it that hard to stand up and say something? Is it that hard than to just think about ourselves rather than thinking about others? Is it that hard for us to understand that 'goodness' that we're having now are just fraction of illusions, that soon will fade? Is it hard to understand that one day we're all going to meet our Creator, once again?
STAND UP. FILL THE STREETS. TAKE THE STREETS. CALL UPON THOSE WITH WEAPONS AND POWER. HELP THE PEOPLE OF GAZA. FORCE THEM TO SEND TROOPS FROM 57 COUNTRIES THAT WAS LONG KEPT, USED AS BOOTS SHINING SLAVES!!!
WHERE ARE YOUR WEAPONS BOUGHT UPON OUR HARD EARNED MONEY PAYING FORCED TAXES TO US???WHERE ARE YOUR ARTILLERIES?? WHERE ARE THE SUBMARINES THAT YOU LAUNCHED WITH THE READINGS OF THE AYAT FROM THE QURAN? Or are u just another proud soldier that are strong enough ONLY to stand for hours, guarding the BUCKINGHAM PALACE?? Guarding the palace of a legion that breaks and shredded you to 57 pieces??
Theft, killings, prostitution, hedonistic, corruptions, blasphemy, individualism, homeless, poverty, organized plagued and viruses, wide gaps of rich and poor, adulteries, violating rights to stand up for what is right and haq, erasing our memories of our past of who we actually are.....any many more.....ARE THESE, THE GOODNESS THAT WE'RE PROUD OF?? ARE THESE, MY COMRADS, THE GOODNESS THAT WE HOLD STILL AND LIVE FOR, RATHER THAN JUSTICE? RATHER THAN THE BLOODS OF OUR SYAHADATUL BLOODLINES?? RATHER THAN WHAT IS THERE FOR US IN THE AFTERLIFE??? A LIFE WITHOUT ANY MORE DEATHS, SORROWS AND SUFFERINGS??
